Want to talk about so much but can’t seem to find the time,
the words, or the space?
This workshop will offer a safe and structured environment in which to discuss values, concerns, questions, and choices regarding these intimate topics. We will spend time on activities designed to enhance the mother-daughter bond, explore what “healthy” relationships look like, and practice communication skills. Designed for moms and their daughters ages 12 – 14ish, this will be a fun and playful morning together regarding serious topics.

$100 per mother-daughter pair
Susan Quigley, MFT has been working with teens and families for over 25 years as a psychotherapist, health educator, and director of a teen health program.
